Did you know your mind is constantly sabotaging your potential for both performance and happiness?
The breakthrough contribution of Positive Intelligence research has discovered through factor analysis the core factors that impact both performance and well-being. This research revealed that there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (5 Sage powers).
Discovering these root-level factors of performance and well-being dramatically simplifies personal and professional development. Intercepting one’s Saboteur and activating one’s Sage automatically results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness.
This is because we are rewiring the brain at the root level rather than treating just the symptoms.
Mental Fitness (PQ) = X-Factor in Performance and Happiness
Your mind is your best friend. But it can also be your worst enemy.
The key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all “negativity” in the way they respond to challenges. Saboteurs cause anger, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, shame, blame and unhappiness. They drive conflict avoidance, abrasiveness, micromanaging, bullying, people pleasing and lack of accountability.
“Sage” lives in an entirely different region of the brain and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action.
All positive and healthy interpersonal skills and behaviors come from the Sage brain.
Validated by 500,000+ Participants
This program is based on research with more than 500,000 participants from 50 countries, including CEOs, students, elite athletes, and sales, operations, and technology teams. The research is the basis of Shirzad Chamine’s New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence, and Stanford lectures.
WHAT IS MY INVESTMENT IN MYSELF?
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits (think workshop, webinar or training). Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what our program design empowers you to do.

WHAT WE WILL WORK ON WEEK BY WEEK
Each week you access a one-hour video lesson on Monday with New York Times bestselling author and Stanford University Professor, Shirzad Chamine. Then, Tuesday through Friday, you access the PQ App for 15 minutes (in 2-12 minute intervals) each day to get you out of theory and build your PQ mental muscles through exercises and practice. Lastly, a once a week Pod Zall to debrief the activities and discuss how you are applying them.
Week 1: Boost Your Self-Command Muscle
The first week you learn to innovate 10-second PQ reps that boost your self-command. This enables you to run your brain rather than being run by your Saboteur-hijacked brain. Self-command is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively.
Week 2: Intercept the Judge Saboteur
For this entire week, you’ll intercept and weaken your most damaging Saboteur, the Judge. You will discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a crucial source of your stress and quite damaging to your performance. Most participants discover their Judge to be far more prevalent and harmful than they suspected.
Week 3: Intercept Your Accomplice Saboteurs
This week you intercept and weaken the top accomplice to your Judge Saboteur, identified through your Saboteur Assessment results. Your accomplice Saboteurs can include any and all of the following: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, and Victim.
Week 4: Shift From Saboteur to Sage
After weakening your Saboteurs, it is now time to strengthen your Sage, the counterpart to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain! Here is where you generate all of your positive emotion and achieve peak performance through a calm and clear-headed mind.
Week 5: Boost Your Sage Powers
The Sage regions of the brain enables 5 primary powers. These 5 powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial to professional success. They include: Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.
Week 6: Take Clear-Headed, Laser-Focused Action
This week, you use your Sage’s Navigate and Activate powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused action.
Week 7: Sustain the Momentum
In this final session, you discover how to continue using your PQ tools for a variety of work and life applications.
